Bookings are from Saturday to Thursday for five nights or 12 nights. (Saturday to the following Thursday).
Westshore is accessible from 8 am on the Saturday of arrival to allow for entry straight from Northlink ferries.
Guests should depart no later than 6 pm on the day of leaving.

Washing and cleaning products will be supplied.
At present we undertake a 36hr deep clean between guests.

80% refund if cancelled up to 2 weeks pre-entry
50% refund if cancelled up to 48 hrs before entry
20% refund if cancelled with less than 48hrs notice
Cancellations must be agreed by email.

A 20% non-refundable deposit secures the booking, with full payment two weeks before your stay starts
A good housekeeping deposit of £100 is required before the rental starts and will be returned within a week of your stay if the house is left in a satisfactory state.

House rules
No more than 2 people; no pets; no smoking; no parties or events.
Heating
Westshore has a variety of heating methods: a heat exchange system; underfloor heating; panel heaters and a wood-burning stove.
Help
The owners live close by, over the hill, and will be on hand should you need anything but will leave you be otherwise.
